This is found in sulfur rich foods such as cabbage, kale, and in other things like avocados, walnuts, almonds and meat, in particular bone broth etc. Vitamin E is important and it is found in almonds, spinach , sunflower seeds and so on. Vitamin D of course is absorbed through the skin from sunlight but it is also found in egg yolks, fish oils and some mushrooms. Vitamin A and betcarotene is necessary and that is best absorbed through orange vegetables like sweet potatoes, carrots and so on. Zinc is very important and is abundant in meat, nuts , seeds, beans etc. Every nutrient plays a role in immunity but certain ones are of particular benefit. Main thing is to eat a wide variety of foods in order to get enough of each micronutrient.
