FOODS TO TARGET UNHEALTHY CELLS
There are foods that can prevent diseases from developing. And there are foods that even can target and eliminate unhealthy cells in the body. The following are foods that have been shown to be beneficial and should be incorporated into one’s diet as much as possible.

turmeric is a good spice to use also. Add a bit of black pepper with it to absorb turmeric
better (interestingly Indians eat curry with turmeric and black pepper always
